Is there certifying process for Windows hello webcam?

I am looking for a webcam certified for Windows Hello.

For some products (ex: Lenovo 500 FHD Webcam), the Windows Hello logo is printed on the product box.

Does this mean that it has been certified by Microsoft as suitable for use with Windows Hello?

If so, is there a separate certification process from Microsoft that says it is appropriate to use Windows Hello?

What types of webcams from certified companies do you have?

If there is no authentication process, in what cases can the Windows Hello logo be used on the product box? (Available only for partnerships with Microsoft?)

Please tell us clearly whether there is an authentication process or not.

(For fingerprint readers, there seems to be a clear driver authentication process.)
