    Is this issue happened for one client or all clients?

    First, check if the machine need approve? If need, go to Devices, search for your device, right-click, and select Approve.

    Then, you may try this solution:

    1. Under Administration > site Configuration > Sites > Site Properties > Ports, untick Client Notification tcp - port 10123, click apply.
    2. Leave it unticked for at least 20 minutes.
    3. Retick it and click apply.
