To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
Check the status of the Azure Synapse Analytics resource provider registration in your subscription by selecting your subscription, under settings select Resource Providers and search for Microsoft.Synapse
and see if it is registered.
Note: If the registration status is "Registered", then the resource provider is already registered and you can proceed to the next step. If the status is "NotRegistered", then you need to register by clicking on Register.
If the issue persists, try creating the Azure Synapse Analytics workspace in a different Azure region. It's possible that the region you are trying to create the workspace in is experiencing issues or is not yet fully supported in free trail subscription.
