maui android app icon text change

Hello all. how I can change the text that comes under the launcher icon of my app. Thank you very much.

Hello,

For Android, you can do this by modifying the MAUI project file.

Please refer to the following steps:

Step 1. You could open the project file by double-clicking the MAUI project in Solution Explorer in Visual Studio, or by jumping to your project directory and manually opening the .csproj file.

Step 2. After opening the project file, you will see an <ApplicationTitle> node, modify the value in it to the value you want.

<ApplicationTitle>Test_Android</ApplicationTitle>
