How I can create a background program to read emails? .net core

Question

Hi, I have follow tutorial about how create a deamon to read emails. In those, they say we have to register the app in azure portal, add the permsion then consent the permsion, but the consent button is missing.

I wonder why something so simple like reading email from code it is so complicated, with gmail , I already did it, but the company wants to read it from their email and unfortunaly they are using outlook and your tuutorial are not updated. So please, I need real guide here!!!! how can i achieve these=
