My microsoft account was hacked and the recovery info replaced

My Microsoft account was hacked and the recovery info was replaced. I used to form to reset my password, but I can't change the recovery info and the hacker cancels all my requests to replace the recovery info in 30 days. Is there any way to recover my account? (Im currently on another Microsoft account)
