How to sign in to azure portal if i have lost my authenticator app sign in.

So since i have a visual studio subscrition i got a azure portal credit. So i created my own azure portal and moved my subscription to my portal that is not connected to company user.

So if i have lost my authenticator, and the only way for me to access my portal was with the authenticator. How can i access the portal other way, or can i delete the portal, so that i can move my licens back to company user?
