I hope this message finds you well. Today, on June 30, 2023, I had made arrangements to take the AZ 900 certification exam. Unfortunately, I faced a persistent issue with the system during the exam, which resulted in my inability to complete it successfully. Each time, I was unexpectedly ejected from the exam before reaching the section containing the certificate-related questions.

It is important to note that I successfully passed the system test from Pearson VUE on every occasion I ran it. Therefore, I believe the issue lies with the exam system rather than any technical difficulties on my end.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with the certification process, considering the circumstances. Please advise me on the appropriate steps to resolve this matter and ensure that I can complete the AZ 900 certification exam as intended.
