Is it possible reverse Sync databases from Azure SQL managed Instance to On-premises SQL Server 2019

Hi Team,

We have been migrating the databases from on-premises SQL server to Azure SQL MI using Azure data Studio.

Is there any migration tool to migrate the databases from Azure SQL MI to On-premises SQL server?

Is it possible reverse sync data between Azure SQL MI and On-premises SQL server
