I'm looking to change innodb_flush_log_at_trx_commit parameter on our MySQL flexible server, according to the documentation support has now been added for this parameter as of last month however it still seems to be greyed out in the portal?

We require changing this setting due to wanting to do data-in replication with a very high transactional database in order to migrate our production environment to a MySQL flexible server. When we've tried this previously replication just falls behind as the flexible instance replica can't keep up with the transactions.
