How Hyper- V role will be remove to use GNS3 V3-VM ware work station??

Hi,

we tried to run the GNS3 VM in the vmware workstation and facing the below error

VMware Workstation and Hyper-V are not compatible. Remove the Hyper-V role from the system before running VMware Workstation.

After Getting this error i go to the program and feature and its already disable : still not working

we are using Standard D4s v3 (4 vcpus, 16 GiB memory)
