Telephone Number not Synchronizing in MS Teams Contact List from M365 Admin Center

I made changes in the Telephone number of a few people in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center as shown below:

The changes get reflected in the Calls Tab of MS Teams as shown:

But the number is still incorrect and showing the old number in the Contacts List even after I deleted the cache of MS Teams.

As you can see Bianca Pasini has the right Phone number in M365 Admin Center and the Calls Tab but showing incorrectly in the Contacts List. Please let me know why this is happening?

    How long did you make these changes in M365 admin center?

    Sync may be taking longer than usual, this can be caused by several factors such, generally the latest a sync should take is a week. Please continue to observe and let us know if all users numbers do not sync.
