Can't view and download the mail data available in ediscovery hold mailbox i given all the permissions

In ediscovery manager Permission tab i added required users and created case placed in hold for those users but when i try to able to search i can get data size but mails are not listing available in the ediscovery hold please check my below screenshot . Screenshot from 2023-07-07 13-34-06

    Hi @ Preethi,

    In my tests, clicking review sample directly after creating a search and waiting for it to finish doesn't load any data.

    We need to click the Refresh button under the searches page to view the search content after the search is completed.

    If necessary, refresh a few more times and see if the Samples page changes.
