I creates an exe app for windows, How can I make it trusted for users?

I created an app ( exe ), But when somebody downloads it warning message appears, I want my exe to be trusted with Windows, How is that?

What warning message did you receive when the users download it?
Why the users need to download it? Didn't you just install it and use it?
