How to restore from a backup copy of MS Business Contact Manager (MS Outlook 2010) with the error "You are not the owner of this database"

Question

I use MS Outlook 2010 with MS Business Contact Manager.

Made a backup.

Reinstalled Windows 10 on my computer.

Installed again MS Outlook 2010 with MS Business Contact Manager.

And when trying to restore the database from a backup, it gives an error: You are not the owner of this database

How can I solve this problem?

Since the support for Office 2010 ended on October 13, 2020, and there will be no extensions and extended security updates, you can still use your office programs. For your better user experience, it is recommended that you use a newer version of office. For more information, please refer to: End of support for Office 2010.
