select Domain always disabled in Communication server

i'm successfully added a domains and verified them in Email Communication service

but when i try to connect domain into communication service i always got the selected input for select domain disabled

I found out the solution
the problem was in communication server data location i was on France and communication service mails was on Europe. they must be matched so i created another communication service in Europe data location

My domain data location is "unitedstates", and the Communication Service data location is "United States". The point to the same location but are spelt different, and thus I am unable to connect the domain. How do I fix this?
