And such a mix US/turkey is often a troublemaker. Change language to English and try it again.

I've been looking at your log fI did find an exception in the file:

(01) 2023-07-17 09:16:37 Slp: PerfLib 2.0 counter removal failed with exit code 2. Command line: C:\WINDOWS\system32\unlodctr.exe /m:hkengperfctr.xml from directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\150\Shared.

However, Setup appears to jog along after this error rather than giving up. But then it remembers at the end that there was an error and signals this at the end. I would not be to bothered about the counter removal failing.

I finally managed to fix the problem. I even tried this solution:

But the real problem is Windows 11 itself! I reverted to Windows 10 and the problem was solved.
