How to migrate to workspace-based application insights

I refer to a recent email from Microsoft with this headline:

Classic application insights will be retired on 29 February 2024—migrate to workspace-based application insights

I tried contacting the guy who set up the website for us about this but he did not respond. Will sanyone be able to help us do it? We will pay for the service.
