Cant change ownership of file (greyed out)

Hello, im trying to take ownership of a file, however, the option is greyed out. What can i do about it?

A photo with a mobile device; really? Key <Alt>+<Print> gives you a real screenshot.

Then you don't have the permissions to change anything; not a big surprise, it's a system folder.

You need (local) admin permission for changing permissions.
