Server 2003 - I have 2 laptops running on Win 10 Home 1 laptop can access the 2003 server and the other cannot see server.

1 laptop can access the 2003 server and the other cannot see server.
What access are you asking about? Assuming file sharing then they would both need a common protocol such as SMBv1
