    Hi @Brian Beam

For our better research, please provide more information about this case:

    • Is the email searchable? If you can't please check the Junk email folder.
    • What is your account type? Is this account configured on multiple devices?
    • What is the version of the client? Please make sure to upgrade to the latest version.
    • Can you see emails in Outlook Web App?

There are many more causes for this problem, try the following possible solutions:

    1. Check whether Outlook sets the relevant rules. (File> Manage Rules & Alerts> Email Rules)

    User's image

    1. Check the time for the Auto Archive setting. File>option>Advanced>Auto Archive.

    User's image

    1. Check if Outlook is set to ignore emails. (Open the folder > click the Ignore option)

    User's image

    Hope this helps!
