For our better research, please provide more information about this case:
- Is the email searchable? If you can't please check the Junk email folder.
- What is your account type? Is this account configured on multiple devices?
- What is the version of the client? Please make sure to upgrade to the latest version.
- Can you see emails in Outlook Web App?
There are many more causes for this problem, try the following possible solutions:
- Check whether Outlook sets the relevant rules. (File> Manage Rules & Alerts> Email Rules)
- Check the time for the Auto Archive setting. File>option>Advanced>Auto Archive.
- Check if Outlook is set to ignore emails. (Open the folder > click the Ignore option)
