How to increase TPS on LUIS Authoring Key

Would it be possible to increase the number of TPS (actually limited to 5) of an LUIS Authoring Resources ?

We have a lot of customer (more than 250) using multiple models at the same time though our app.
They are adding intent, training, add utterrances or entities with the API on our interface.
In some cases we have more than 20 calls per seconds.

Before the migration, we were using 6 authoring keys (linked to email) and we were using a rolling algorithm in case of a 429 response.

After the migration, we will not be able to use this algorithm as we can only assign one (and only one) authoring key per model.
How can we get more than 5 calls per second on multiple models ?
