How to generate Row number in Azure Data Factory for One of the Pipeline

We are migrating ETL Components from IBM Datastage to Azure Data Factory, In Datastage we have one function which is @INROWNUM which will generate row number for one of the incoming column.

How can we handle the same in Azure Data Factory.

Can you please give some more clarifications on that function?
Are these random number which are unique? or the row numbers are generated on basis of some match coresspponding to the column.

Thanks for Reply Nandan!.. I need just row number (Unique records not necessary) for every incoming row.
