You could try the methods that the S.Sengupta MVP suggested.
In addition, does the issue only occur in Edge? You could try it on Chrome/Firefox and check if there is the same issue.
You could also use other Internets to check it, such as Mobile, Home or other Wifis.
Based on my research, you could try to check if you have turned on the Metered connections.
If possible, you could also check with your IT support person.
