Windows 11 is not recognizing my pendrives and external disks

After installing Windows 11 I could not access to my pendrives and external disks as before and the message is the attached one.Screenshot (317).png
The pendrives and external disks are working properly in other devices with Windows 10, so the problem is not coming from them but from Windows 11.
I could not find ANY warning regarding this issue so I ask you to send to me a solution for this very disappointing situation.

Viorel 122.6K Reputation points2023-08-11T08:09:19.2933333+00:00 Did you try to start the Device Manager, right-click the root node and select “Scan for hardware changes”? Also check if your devices appear in Device Manager.
Maybe the devices need some specific drivers, and you should ask the manufacturer for support.
In addition, go to Settings, “Privacy & security”, “Device security”. I think that some of old drivers and devices cannot be used if “Core isolation” is enabled.
