Draw > Format Background > Rule Lines has vanished and I cannot find it!

I used to line my word pages using Draw > Format Background > Rule Lines. Now it has vanished and I cannot find it! It is on my Desktop still, but has dissapeared from my laptop since the Windows 11 upgrade. I use Word installed as an app through Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (through university).

I need this rule lines setting as I have to write on my touchscreen and print out notes for an assessment piece. Attatched is an image of the Format background setting and also my Word without it.User's image

    Hi,

    I suggest you go to File- Options- Customize Ribbon- choose All Commands- Find the Format Background- add it to Draw tab:
