How can we update to our customers' cluster?

Hi,

I would like to ask you about the document below.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace/kubernetes-application-faq#when-we-release-a-new-version-of-a-container-offering-what-actions-should-we-take-what-do-our-customers-who-already-have-our-container-installed-on-their-cluster-need-to-do

I understand we need to do the testing before the release, which makes sense. But after that, what actions should we take? Should we contact our end customers and ask them to give us the access to the cluster so that we can manually update?

@KT - Thanks for reaching out to us.

For minor/revision version upgrade, the upgrade should be handsfree. ISV shouldn't need to contact your customer to provide manual upgrade solution.

For major version upgrade where there are breaking changes, they could include their documentation link in their plan to provide guidance on how to upgrade their platform.

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
