Hi, is there any easy way to revert back this status to "Consent" permissions from Graph Explorer? Now it's grayed out and I couldn't change it back.

    Hello Amirul Shafiq,
Thank you for reaching out to this Q&A Forum.
The best option is to remove the app (Graph Explorer) from azure portal under the Enterprise applications, because you can always re-consent the permissions and it will less than a second.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi @Amirul Shafiq

Move the mouse over the gray "Unconsent" button and you will receive the following prompt:

So, log into Graph Explorer with a global administrator and consent to the Directory.Read.All and DelegatedPermissionGrant.ReadWrite.All permissions. Afterwards, you will be able to click the "Unconsent" button to revoke consent to the Directory.AccessAsUser.All permission.

Note that there may be some delay.

    Hope this helps.
