Enable gain Certification Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Question

I am Izzat Syahiran with the Microsoft ID MS0990465265. Regarding the above issue, I would like to ask a question.

On 22/07/2023, I passed the MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Service Test, as well as the MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security Test, to obtain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certificate.

In spite of this, I have yet to receive the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certificate. Previously, I obtained the Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certificate.

Can you possibly help me in determining why I have yet to get the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certificate and

If there is an issue, please let me know how you can solve it or provide me advice.

It is hoped that Microsoft can help in solving this matter and I greatly appreciate all cooperation from Microsoft.
