If you are using Azure Update Management Center, you can use it to upgrade your license from 8.1 to 10 or 11. But depending on your licensing agreement, you may be required to purchase a new license.

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
2. In the left-hand menu, select "Azure Update Manger (preview)" under the "Azure governance and optimization" section.
3. From the Update management center dashboard, you can view the update compliance status of your machines and deploy updates to them.
4. To deploy updates, select the machines you want to update, and then select "Schedule update deployment."
5. Follow the prompts to configure the update deployment, including the update classification, update schedule, and maintenance window.
