Hi,
I would like to migrate on prem Oracle DB data to Azure SQL without ADF. Can you please point me to the right Microsoft tools available for this? Note: I've already moved the DB objects to Azure SQL, Now I just need to move the data from Oracle to Azure SQL and that too the delta data as well.

For Delta load, you have to implement through Azure Data Factory/Azure Synapse Analytics/Azure Databricks whichever is feasible for your usecase.
