When I tested 2 Nvme SSD, it is Intel 900P 280Gb(AIC) and a Dell PM1725 3.2(U.2 2.5) with AS SSD Benchmark, I found that the random 4k results were extremely low on win 10 but 4k speed is normal on win 7.

I also tested it with SSD test Another program is EaseUS Disk Mark. You can see that the ms (in the third row is probably the latency value. So if the latency is less then it is better) on win10 than on win7.

I've tried many troubleshooting myself. but it didn't work. But before talking about the troubleshooting I've done, let's take a look at my Pc specs.

CPU: Xeon E5-2696V3

Ram: DDR4 ECC Micron 16Gx4(Bus 2133 Rank 2Rx4)

MB: Atermiter x99 turbo d4(v 1.21)

GPU: RTX3070 8G

Storage: 1] Intel 900p 280g(AIC) 2] Dell PM1725 3.2tb(u.2 2.5) 3] Adata sp550 240g(sata) 4] WD Blue 1tb(sata)

Disk Driver: Asus Blue ray Drive(sata)

Psu: Segotep GP1100 1000W Gold

I have used the same PC to test the SSD on win10 and win7, with win10 boot on intel 900p and win7 boot on another ssd 120g, all device connections remain the same. Only on win7 has an ssd 120g added. So I don't think the problem is caused by " Pcie Lens of CPU is not enough" because the 4K value of SSD Nvme works normally on win7.

The issue is unlikely to be MB, CPU, GPU either, since I've replaced them but it doesn't fix the issue which is happening on win10 at all.

Here are the details of the device I replaced.

MB:Shuangwei X79 E5M-2011

CPU: E5-2660 v1

Ram:DDR3 MicronECC 16Gx1 (Bus 1866 Rank 2Rx4)

GPU:GTX1060 6G

Storage: I tested with just the Intel 900P, which is a Win10 bootable drive.

Here's a list of troubleshooting I've done myself. which of course cannot be fixed.

  • Reinstall Win 10

-Change the USB used to install Win 10

-secure erase ssd

-downgrade bios, update bios

  • Update Driver and Firmware SSD

-Update Windows and Update Driver of Xeon E5

-Use Another Version of GPU Driver

If anyone has a solution to this problem please tell me.
