ACS PBX and OTP

Greetings,

Please forgive me but I am brand new to ACS and Communication Services. I am trying to find what support OOB if any, ACS has for OTP processing similar to Twilio Verify. It simply is a process that gets kicked off by a phone call to "support" for example. It then would ask for a UID that in turn goes to AD, looks up the UID's phone number and then sends an OTP SMS back to the user to enter to an awaiting voice prompt. After validation, it is sent along in the system to the Agent queue as authorized. Correct me if I am wrong, but this IS something that ACS can do, yes?

Hi @J Kirk thank you so much for your patience. I spoke internally with the ACS engineering team and they confirmed that this can be done in principle. However, we need more details around your usecases, the countries where this is required, etc
