This is a problem for me too. I've tried three different browsers and flushing cache and I still cannot log in. The terms page just send me back to the login screen. There is nothing online to address this issue and even though I'm paying for the service there is not support.
My website search engine is down because I missed the memo concerning Microsoft's ending Bing Search APIs via Azure Cognitive Services to their Bing APIs through Azure Marketplace. Please help!
