When trying to access my bitlocker key, im getting this error: "Sorry, something went wrong. We’re not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while."

I am trying to access my Laptop, its a Gateway laptop. I logged into my MS account at aka.ms/myrecoverykey. Once logged in i see the error "Sorry, something went wrong. We’re not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while." I did as it says and still cant access it. I then went to devices, found my device and tried going in that way. It still gives me the same error. I don't access my laptop from any particular private network. How do i regain access to my laptop again?

Same problem here. Seems to be since yesterday. I found more sites where this problem was reported yesterday. Seems like Microsoft messed up again. This is so important to people they can't afford to mess this up.

what a shame, MS simply paralyzed people's work (and we don't even know how many people) and turned windows devices into bricks. At the same time, the company has the audacity to charge for their garbage product. I wonder how soon they will do something about it. Tomorrow I will have to go to work ridiculously because I can’t do my tasks because I updated Windows. After this incident, I will switch every single device to Windows, which I have on Linux.

I found a solution which worked for me which is sign in with another accoubt that doesnt have a registered bitlocker key and then resign in with your main account. I don't know how this worked but id did for me

Listen to me, I found the solution from other posts. First, I logged in to other accounts on the Bitlocker page. The page was displayed normally, and then I switched to the problematic account. I also successfully saw the secret key. I just successfully unlocked it and entered my account. Windows 11

That worked for me as well on Google chrome. Logged on with my girlfriends account and then with mine again. Then I got the keys visible.

I tried this on MS Edge as well but there it doesn't work.
