In the Azure Portal, the 'configuration' section is mainly about configuring the endpoint monitoring, and the protocol selection is the protocol to monitor, not which one Traffic Manager will direct. Azure Traffic Manager works at the DNS level, and both HTTP and HTTPS requests will be directed to your endpoint by default.

Hi,
I have a website (site.company.com) that works for both HTTP and HTTP.
In the profile of the traffic manager I can choose only HTTP or HTTP.
My public FQDN makes a CNAME for (name. Trafficemanager.com), but it only works with HTTP or HTTPS.
If I create another traffic manager profile, it doesn't make sense because my CNAME will point to which one?
What solution do I have to guarantee this access by traffice manager using both protocols?
Thank you.
