    This is manual by design. Currently, I do not find other solutions to sort team by rules.

    I have created a feedback about this feature by this link: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/41750803-change-team-order-by-sort-rules. You could vote for it.
