Do you have multiple video card output ? I suspect your BIOS screen is showing on the inboard video card while maybe the real video card got maybe a video driver problem.

2023-10-19T03:19:52.1+00:00 Yes, I have more than one video input (1x hdmi 3x DisplayPort), but before updating my computer to windows 11, I was able to log in to bios via hdmi. I upgraded my computer to windows 11 directly from windows 10 settings.

2023-10-21T22:55:59.5433333+00:00 There is only an HDMI input on my monitor, so I cannot connect a display port, but when my computer was Windows 10, I could get a bios image via HDMI.
