Hi Team,

Good day!!

We are trying to connect MS teams camera in citrix VDI(2006) from Local HP laptop through terminal server(2012r2) which is not detecting.

Have enabled "Allow audio and video playback redirection" in GPO in citrix VDI.

Have enabled the PnP and video & audio settings in MSTSC in local laptop while accessing the terminal server.

I think the VDI couldn't recognize my laptop's webcam (HP, webcam : HP HD Cam(embedded))

However the Audio in VDI MS Teams is detecting from local laptop but not the camera.

Kindly help us on this issue. Appreciate the quick Response!!

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Tarak ,
Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

Can you use the camera normally in Teams web client?

Have you tried to change another camera device?

If you can use camera normally in Teams client, we recommend you try to update your Teams client version to the newest version. You have to update the VM image by installing a new MSI as described in the Install or update the Teams desktop app on VDI section. You must uninstall the current version to update to a newer version.
