Windows 11 has already installed Windows Subsystem for android™ with Amazon Appstore. I get a prompt to "Please enable the Virtual Machine Platform Windows feature and ensure virtualization is enabled in the BIOS" when I install the APK program.

Hi,
For Hyper-V platform, we can check it in the windows feature; and for enabling virtualization, we can check the bios settings. Note: the bios may vary from vendor to vendor, here's just one example for your reference. For details, please refer to the vendor's manual.
