IOS device is joined via Microsoft Entra registered but MDM is None

Question

IOS device is joined via Microsoft Entra registered (this is using BlackBerry UEM compliance partner) but MDM is None and Compliant is N/A in Azure > Devices > All devices.

What seems to be the problem? How to check if the compliance partner details is sending the correct information to Intune?
