How to combine Outlook Exchange and Dynamics 365 Sales account?

We have 2 different licenses(2 providers) account in email and CRM system, if we want to just use email to login CRM, how should Admin do something?

Please kindly understand that Outlook tag here mainly focus on general issue about Outlook desktop client and know little about CRM. According to your description, i understand that you want to combine the two accounts. As i know, it’s not possible to merge or combine Microsoft accounts, nor can you transfer such things as your game progress or gamertag, account purchases and balance from one account to another. Apologize confusion on tag, I believe combining account are not fit my situation.

Let me give an example:
Provider A support our Office 365, provider B build up our CRM system - Dynamics 365 Sales. For now, we can only use CRM account to log in system, my question is, how to use my O365(xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx) account to login Sales?

Looks like your issue is more related to Dynamics, it's suggested that you could post your case in dedicated forum for Dynamics for more professional suggestions. Thanks for your understanding and support!
