In Windows 11, I cannot connect wired, authentication failed! For Windows 10 no issue, in wifi connection or wired connection everything is normal. Windows 11 wifi connection is working properly.

What could cause, what is the reason why i cannot connect to the cable on domain network. For guest wired cable is ok

The issue I believe you are having is that your network authentication profiles are set to PEAP and EAP-TTLS which uses TLS 1.2. Windows 11 by default is set with the authentication method of TLS 1.3/EAP-TLS.

In Windows 10, under certain circumstances, PEAP and EAP-TLS authentications could successfully validate the server based solely on the presence of the trusted root certificate in the Windows trusted root store. If you observe that an EAP authentication is consistently failing after upgrading to Windows 11, check the connection profile to ensure they adhere to the new requirements for the behavior previously described.
