AIP (decryption can be done using password)

Regarding AIP, I think there was a report that decryption can now be done using a password instead of just authentication information (MS/365)

Can someone please illustrate this evidence (MS Docs, etc.)

    As far we are aware there is no information about using a password to decrypt RMS protection.
