Are you lazy loading Blazor assemblies or lazy loading Entity framework entities? I ask because there's no lazy loading configuration for either in the GitHub repo.

Lazy load assemblies in a hosted Blazor WebAssembly solution
Keep in mind, the server project in the Github repo is not configured for lazy loading assemblies. It is not clear if you tried lazy loading assemblies and ran into a problem.
If you are having a problem lazy loading assemblies and need community assistance then create a sample project that illustrates the problem. Otherwise we can only guess.
