Thank you for posting in this community.
Copilot for SharePoint is not yet available on the Microsoft 365 developer sandbox.
I check in a M365 Developer Sandbox and can't find Copilot for SharePoint.
(M365 Admin center > Settings> Integrated Apps> Get Apps)
This feature is expected to roll out in the coming months, but it is not clear if it will be available on the developer sandbox as well.
Perhaps you could wait a while before going back on M365 Developer Sandbox to see if Copilot for SharePoint is available. We will notify you of new updates as soon as they become available.
