What's the pricing of SignalR?

Dear all, I cannot find the answer how I would be charged for sending one message from SignalR to 100k endpoints. If Microsoft will charge me for 100k messages or just for 1 message?

Assuming the message is less than 2KB you would be charged for 100k messages. Please see document below for details on how messages are counted for billing:
