Error Fetching Tenants/ Unable to Select Resource Region

Hello,
I just create my first Azure account for an online certification course. An notification has appeared that say that there is an error fetching tenants:
Error fetching tenants
There was an error fetching tenants. Please reload the portal to try again. If you wish to switch tenants, you can sign in directly into a tenant by specifying the tenant domain or tenant id as part of the portal URL. For example, https://portal.azure.com/tenantdomain.com or https://portal.azure.com/tenantID
I have tried following the suggested paths to no avail. Currently unable to create my first resource since I am unable to select a region. As of right now I am unable to continue with the certification until this is resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

Just checking to see if the suggestions provided by Vahid were helpful. If this still an issue, you may want to check if there are any 3rd party software (Anti-Virus or Endpoint protection) that might be blocking it.
