Scheduling exam issues

Question

Hi,

I have been trying to schedule my exam for the past 3 weeks and have had no luck.

I spoke to a live agent and they said that that my user name did not exist. However, i took the training three weeks ago and was directed to follow the link to scheudle my exam which i am having issues scheduling.

Can you please help me schedule my AZ fundamental exam?
