How to access Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment?

Hello - trying to have someone sign up for the Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment and we are unable to access it.

According to the web search results, this assessment is to prepare and assess your understanding of the meeting elements that support and implement Microsoft Teams Rooms. It is aimed at technical roles in Partners working with Microsoft Teams Rooms. You need to sign in with a Microsoft account which enrolled with an organization.
